Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor that helps most patients to achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for having a sexual intercourse. The most common side effects include facial flushing, backache and muscle pain. These side effects are related to the ability of PDE5 inhibitior to vasodilate (cause blood vessels to expand) and are likely to go away on their own after a few hours. If you have any of the conditions mentioned above you may not be able to take Cialis, or your doctor will recommend a lower dose of this drug.
